Dave’s Hot Chicken

A great place for friends to grab a meal is the fun and laid-back atmosphere of Dave’s Hot Chicken. Not to mention, this place has a built-in challenge for you and your friends to tackle.

As you may be able to tell by the name, Dave’s is known for their amazing chicken. The menu is no-frills because it rests almost entirely on the quality of their chicken, and it works. They have three options: tenders and fries, sliders and friends, or a slider and a tender with fries.

Where you can switch it up, and even challenge your friends, is in how hot you want your chicken to be. They offer seven levels of heat, from none to what they call “reaper.” See who among you can go the furthest.

Also the Dave’s sauces and the kale slaw are delightful additions that go great on the sliders. They also have mac & cheese as a side option which is only natural because chicken and mac & cheese just go so well together.

If you and your friends want a great meal and a good time, make sure to check out Dave’s Hot Chicken.

La Industria

This Tex Mex eatery serves up delicious food and out-of-this-world drinks.

If you and your friends are craving authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the place to be. They have mouth-watering classics like tacos with your choice of traditional proteins such as pork, chicken, and steak. Or you can enjoy their vegetarian mushroom or cauliflower options, and their fish choices like shrimp and dorado.

If you and your friends would like to just go the route of sharing appetizers and having drinks then you’re in luck. Beyond the chips, salsa, and guacamole they have fried brussels sprouts tossed in a sweet arbol chili, a house-made chlie con queso, and the consome soaked loveliness of their birria.

And if you all are looking for some drinks then look no further. They have a rotating offering of sangria, a cucumber and jalapeño mezcal cocktail called La Mezcal Machina, a blueberry twist on an old fashion, and much more. They even have six unique flavors of margarita on the menu.

Even without exploring the ciders, wines, and beers they have available, it’s clear that they have plenty of drinks to go around.
